Benedict Ho, CFA
Co-Founder – Investments
A seasoned investment professional with over two decades of institutional asset management expertise.
Prior to founding Octiv, Benedict is one of the co-founder of one of the first SFC Virtual Asset Fund Manager licenses in Hong Kong. Under his leadership the firm's flagship fund has ranked Top 3 in Preqin Asia hedge fund in 2021.
Previously managed multi-billion-dollar portfolios for Sovereign Funds and major Asian banks.
Benedict is a CFA Charterholder and holds a Master's degree in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University and Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering from University of Washington.

Jeffrey Cheng
Co-Founder – Quantitative Trading
A veteran arbitrage trader in traditional and virtual assets.Jeffrey has 8 years of experience in cross-asset exotic risks trading at leading investment banks in London and Hong Kong. He was an XVA Trader at Societe Generale and WestLB. Prior to co-founding Octiv, he has held a leadership position at a Decentralized Exchange venture.Jeffrey holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Imperial College London and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics with Economics from University College London.
